Meet the Suncoast Storytellers in St. Petersburg

On the sunny second Saturday of April, the Suncoast Storytellers gathered at the Sunshine Center in St. Petersburg for an open mic night. Sporting T-shirts that read “Storytelling: The Original Social Media,” members took turns regaling tales from the stage in the center’s auditorium.
Stories included anecdotes about a Japanese biker gang, a renegade horse, and two kayakers taking the wrong path in the Everglades.
