Audiences love 5 minute stories.
We invite you to tell us your favorite 3 to 5 minute story

TIPS FOR TELLING A GREAT STORY

  1. Choose a clear and concise beginning, middle, and end for your story. The beginning should introduce the setting and characters, the middle should build tension and conflict, and the end should provide a resolution or conclusion.
  2. Identify the main theme or message of your story. This will help you stay focused and ensure that your story has a clear and compelling purpose.
  3. Keep your language simple and avoid unnecessary details or tangents. Remember, you only have a few minutes to tell your story, so every word counts.
  4. Use vivid and descriptive language to bring your story to life. This will help your audience engage with your story and visualize the events as they unfold.
  5.  Practice telling your story out loud to refine your delivery and timing. Make sure you’re able to tell the story comfortably within the allotted time without rushing or leaving out important details.
  6. Remember, the most important aspect of telling a great story is to connect with your audience emotionally. Be yourself, speak from the heart, and use your unique voice and perspective to make your story truly memorable.
